"Just didn’t feel right"
The whole ordering process felt off to me. The updates were weird and didn’t really make sense, and when I reached out to support, the answers were super vague. Come on now, if I’m spending my money, I need to feel like I can trust the company. I wouldn’t order from them again
"Stuck Dealing With Defective Cleats"
I received a pair of defective cleats and felt like I was the one being put on trial just for asking for help. They kept asking me for more photos, took forever to respond, and after all that I still didn’t get any real solution. It felt like they were just trying to wear me down until I gave up. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
"Got the wrong cleats and now I’m stuck fixing it"
I ordered a pair of cleats for my son in the exact size and color he wanted, and they showed up in a completely different size and color. Even the box label was wrong, so it feels like someone just grabbed whatever and shipped it out. Now I have to go through the whole return process and wait all over again. Based on this one order, I’m not feeling too confident about ordering from them again. Frustrating.

"Prices need to be more competitive"
I’ve checked soccerloco a handful of times when shopping for cleats and other soccer gear, the prices just don’t seem that competitive compared to other soccer retailers.
Even when they’re running sales, I’ve found the same or similar items cheaper elsewhere, sometimes by enough that it made no sense to order from them. At some point, they need to be more accountable about whether their deals are actually good deals.
The site itself is fine, and the selection is decent, so I’m not saying it’s a bad place to shop. But pricing is the main issue for me, and I’d probably only buy from them if I truly couldn’t find the item anywhere else.

"Checkout got really frustrating"
I was just trying to buy a pair of cleats, and everything was fine at first, honestly. Then checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card info, which was super annoying. I had to start over twice, and then out of nowhere the total changed, so that was pretty much it for me. Maybe it was just a glitch, but I wasn’t in the mood to keep fighting with it. I ended up giving up

"Frustrating site, especially as a soccer shopper"
As someone who buys soccer gear regularly, shopping on soccerloco.com was frustrating. The pages took forever to load, the filters didn’t seem to work the way they should, and checkout was way more confusing than it needed to be. I ended up having to mess with my cart twice and finally just gave up. It really didn’t feel like a smooth shopping experience.

"For some reason, my size is never available"
For some reason, every time I find a pair of cleats I actually like, my size is already gone. This has happened a few times now, and it gets frustrating browsing around just to realize they only have really tiny or huge sizes left. At this point, it doesn’t feel worth checking anymore.

"Not sure these were legit"
I ordered a pair of cleats they just didn’t feel right when they showed up. The box looked kind of off, the stitching was messy, and the fit wasn’t the same as the exact model I’ve owned before. I reached out to ask if they were authentic, but never really got a straight answer, which was frustrating. On top of that, the reminder messages were way too aggressive and annoying. Maybe I just got a bad pair, but I definitely won’t be ordering again

"Started falling apart way too soon"
I only wore these a couple times, maybe twice—honestly I thought it had been longer at first, but no, it was basically right after getting them. The seams were already starting to come apart, which was really disappointing

"Promo code was KIND OF misleading"
I placed an order because there was a promo code showing, but when I got to checkout it didn’t even apply to the item I wanted. The sale prices looked good at first, but then most of the sizes were already gone, which was frustrating. Once shipping got added, the deal really didn’t feel like much of a deal anymore. The site itself is fine, I just wish the discounts were WAY clearer upfront so I didn’t waste time shopping around

"I’ll admit I’m impatient when..."
I’ll admit I’m impatient when it comes to refunds, but this one really tested me. I returned my order and then felt like I was just stuck waiting forever to get my money back. I kept checking for updates, and it got annoying fast. Maybe soccerloco is fine when everything goes smoothly, but if there’s an issue, I personally don’t want to deal with that kind of hassle again.

I ordered online for in-store pickup, and it was okay overall, but not exactly smooth. When I got there, I wasn’t really sure where to go or what the next step was, and there wasn’t much direction from anyone. The staff did eventually find my order, but I ended up waiting longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average and a little frustrating.

"The box showed up in really rough shape"
When my shoes arrived, the box was badly crushed and ripped up, which was disappointing to see right away. There didn’t seem to be any padding or extra protection inside the shipping package at all, so it felt like the shoes were just tossed in and sent out without much care. The shoes themselves were still there, of course, but the packaging definitely made the whole delivery feel a lot less nice than expected.

The site showed everything was in stock when I ordered, but about a day or so later I got an email saying one of the pairs wasn’t actually available. Not a huge deal, but it was kind of frustrating.

I ordered my usual size, but it was so tight I could barely wear it. It wasn’t even close to what the size chart showed, which was really frustrating. Now I have to deal with a return, and the worst part is there doesn’t seem to be any real person to talk to about it, just automated messages. Annoying experience overall
